Before You Book an Appointment...

 

Hours

Tammi is on Eastern Standard Time and is available Monday through Friday - 10 am to 6 pm.  Please keep this in mind when calling.  Please leave a message so Tammi can return your call if she is not available when you try to reach her.

 

Schedule

Due to a heavy schedule filled with clients, travel, festivals/events and publishing deadlines...  appointments with Tammi can take up to 4 weeks from initial contact.  While this is not the norm, please be aware that this can occur during the busier times of the year and around publishing deadlines.

 

Making Payments

Check or Money Order - Prepayment is required.  Checks or Money Orders can be sent to:  DreamWeaver, PO Box 28804, Columbus OH  43228 and they should be made payable to "DreamWeaver".  Payments made by check must clear the bank before the reading or session take place.

 

If you'd like to make a payment by Credit Card, please call with Credit Card information.

 

 

Scheduling a Reading or Service

 

Returning or Repeat Clients

Tammi will not schedule appointments for clients less than 6 months apart.  Exceptions do arise though, should a reading or session be needed...  please contact Tammi to discuss this.

You may send Tammi an email at editor@dw-magazine.net to schedule your reading or session.  Please include 2-3 dates/times and a phone number for Tammi to reach you at and the best time for her to call you to finalize scheduling.

 

At Fairs/Festivals/Events

When Tammi does readings/sessions at events, most appointments are done on a sign-up basis, however if you would like to pre-schedule an appointment at an event - please call or email Tammi to hold your space.  Prepayment for this is not required...  Tammi just asks that you be on time for the reading scheduled since she is holding a space free for you.

 

 

During the Reading or Session

 

Please be ready at the scheduled time.  For phone readings, Tammi will generally call you at the appointed time of the reading.

 

Please keep in mind that most phone and personal readings or sessions are based upon time.  Tammi offers clients the opportunity to ask questions or for her to more fully explain the information she is providing.  Please take advantage of these opportunities to ask questions.  Waiting until the end of your time to ask questions is not appropriate if this means running over the requested/paid for/scheduled time.  Why?

 

Generally another appointment is scheduled following your appointment.  Tammi often schedules appointments for specific days around her workload. 

 

Extra time or extending the length of your reading or session will require additional payment.  If you have additional questions or need additional time to continue the reading/session with Tammi - please make arrangements for this at the end of your reading or session.  Generally Tammi will not read for a client more than once every 6 months, but continuing a reading does not fall under this term.

 

Tammi treats all clients with the utmost respect and she feels that being late, running behind schedule and causing clients to wait because the preceding appointment ran over it's allotted time is a disservice to clients.  Just as your time is valuable, so too is Tammis' time. Taking extra time that is not scheduled may result in Tammi not scheduling future readings or sessions with you...

Reputation is very important and Tammi is proud of her reputation.  Tammi works with clients all over the country and in different time zones and her schedule is very carefully structured.

 

Referrals...

Tammi appreciates her clients and their referrals.  When a new client contacts Tammi and it is from a referral - Tammi is pleased to offer a credit for the referring client.  This is just a small way that Tammi feels she can say "thank you" to her loyal and caring clients around the world!

 

 

Business Ethics

 

No intuitive/psychic is accurate 100% of the time for 100% of the people...  Tammi does not claim to be able to read for every person all of the time. 

 

There are many reasons for this, but if in the event this occurs - either Tammi or the Client may stop the reading or session within the first 5 minutes after starting. 

 

This is not a common practice among intuitives/psychics either.  Many readers, intuitives, mediums and psychics make the claim that they "can read every person all of the time".  Tammi feels that this is a false statement.  Tammi works closely with some of the finest readers in the country - they are not only her associates, but some of her closest friends.  They agree that not every reader is appropriate for every person all of the time.  Doing a reading is an energetic connection with another person and sometimes interference happens with the connection. 

 

Should either Tammi or the client say "stop" during the first 5 minutes of the reading/session...

 

Another reading time can be scheduled, with the client receiving special consideration to make the appointment as quick as possible.

 

Payment can be transferred to another product/service that Tammi offers.

 

Payment can be credited to another person for a reading.

 

Refund - a refund can be done, minus 15% of the amount paid.  Since Tammi often does work before the reading in preparation for a session, this is to cover any/all work done before hand.
